Colour Chart

On this page, we discuss our ever-growing colour options, a description of how the colours look, the meanings behind the chosen name, photo comparisons, and more!

(Comparison photos coming soon in shaa Allah. Please stay patient with us as we collect as much imagery as possible to help make choosing colours easier for you! In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us or check out our social media pages and highlights for some references)

RAVEN

AKA Black... Named after the Raven, an all-black feathered bird.

NACHT

Nacht means night in German. When we think of a night sky we don't think of all black and nothingness, we think of how the moon and stars slightly illuminate the sky to transform it from being black to a rich and dark navy. This encouraged us to name our navy shade Nacht, as we think of a gorgeous night sky whenever we see it.

CHARCOAL

Just like the colour of Charcoal, this is an extremely dark shade of grey! This colour pairs really well with Black abayas and jilbabs.

ANCHOR

Medium to light grey, It's a few shades darker than our Ice Grey, but many shades lighter than our Charcoal.

FLINT

Though considered a "Slate grey", we thought otherwise! Flint is a mixture of 3 different colour tones. Blue, Grey, and Purple. An amazing colour combination that transforms your outfit. We've tested this niqab with different looks and felt like we were wearing a completely different colour every time!

MAHOGANY

Unlike Maroon which is a red base with brown undertones, Mahogany is a medium brown shade with undertones of red.

COCOA

A dark Cocoa/Chocolate-like shade of brown.

SNOW

A pure white colour. This isn't an off-white shade at all, as off-white tends to have creamy undertones. Just like the colour of snow, it's pure and bright. We highly advise you to be cautious with purchasing Snow as it is considered a somewhat see-through tone due to its light-coloured nature.

PAYKOTIES

If you read "Our Story", you'll find the reasoning behind the name Paykoties.

Paykoties is your perfect shade of beige/nude. It pairs so effortlessly with any colour you wear and looks amazing on every sister who wears it Allahumma barek!

JAAMNI

Meaning Purple in Urdu.

Jaamni is a dark muted purple shade. Perfect for sisters who want to try a coloured niqab for the first time without stepping too far out of their comfort zone with a colour they feel would be too light.

LILA

Meaning purple in German.
Unlike Jaamni our Lila is a slight bit more vibrant. Rather than being a muted shade, it's a true dark purple tone.

EMERALD

A very typical Emerald Green shade. Not too light and not too dark!

DEEP SEA

Our most unique colour to date! Deep Sea is a combination of many tones. With hints of Blues, Greens, and Greys it's not only our most unique, but our hardest to capture through lens! When thinking of Deep Sea, think of the deepest parts of the ocean and how the tones of blue from the water mix with the grey reflection of light and the murky green tones of the marine life that lives within.

SACRAMENTO

Sacramento is the darkest shade of green in our collection. If you're thinking of a forest green, think even darker! (Google Sacramento green for a large collection of references)

SAND

Named after the amazing light-coloured Australian sand. Please remember that Sand is NOT white or off-white. It is as its name suggests, the colour of Sand.

PISTACHIO

An amazing beige colour with a slight green undertone. Resembles the colour of pistachio shells.

OLIVE

You guessed it, a green olive is what this colour is named after!

ROSA

Meaning pink in German.
Rosa is a dark, slightly muted pink shade. Rosa is not as vibrant as our Boysenberry.

BOYSENBERRY

Fun fact: Boysenberry is actually a hybrid fruit (a mixture of two or more fruits to create one fruit). Boysenberry is a mixture of mainly raspberries and blackberries!

We've named this colour Boysenberry due to it resembling the colour of the juices that flow from the fruit and if you've ever had a boysenberry ice cream, you'll know it's the perfect match!

ICE GREY

An extremely light shade of grey with a minor undertone of baby blue. Think of the colour of ice in drawings and cartoons.

TAUPE

A perfect light Taupe shade that sits well with many outfits. Taupe is just a couple of shades darker than our Paykoties colour.

BERRY

A perfect representation of all the best berries! Raspberry, Cherry, Strawberry, Currents, Mulberry, and all the other red berries you can think of.

We'd like to remind customers that each colour may not display the same name on its packaging. For example, Our Sand is labeled "skin", our Mahogany AND our Cocoa are both labeled "brown", yet colours Taupe and Charcoal are labeled as they are. The reason behind this is our manufacturers have come up with names they think represent the colour. However, we rename them to something more creative, unique, and what we think the colours truly resemble! We also do this to cause less confusion to our customers as mentioned above, some colours may be completely different yet labeled the same shade.

Please note: This page is subject to change at any given time as we constantly include and subtract colours from our collection. We'd also like to advise that photos used for comparisons can change or be removed at any given time as Honey sees appropriate.

Choose cautiously before purchasing any colour from our collection and refer back to our Returns Policy for details on the permissibility of returning items.
