Changed your mind on your purchase?
Due to hygiene reasons, there is unfortunately NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any of our items for change of minds. If on the rare and unfortunate circumstance you might receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can work together and ensure a positive outcome for you! There are many ways you can reach out to us! You can view our “Contact Us” page and follow the instructions; alternatively you can contact us through our social media pages @honeyniqab and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible in shaa Allah.
What happens if your item is faulty?
The team at Honey know how difficult and how much of a hassle returning things can be! That’s why our aim is to make it easier on you. We give you a total of 2 weeks (14 days) from your date of purchase to get into contact with us about your faulty item/s (if you are an international customer, 30 days from date of purchase). Once we receive contact from you and see the cause of fault, we can discuss the process and your optional choice of exchange or a credit voucher. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.
What is considered a faulty item?
If you receive your items with any damages such as frays, tears/rips, pulled strings, holes or unevenly sewn; this is all considered as eligible reasons to be returned and/or exchanged. We will not accept other faults that are clearly caused by anything other than manufacturing issues. Such as wear and tear.
If we have any reason to suspect the item has been worn after your complaint of manufactured damage and examination of item, Honey legally reserves the right to refuse your quest to return your purchase. Things we take into precaution are bodily smells & fluids, make-up stains, deodorant/perfume smells and stains, signs of garments being washed, visible signs of hijab pin holes and other noticeable factors.
If you do wish to return any item please place back into the packaging with any tags still attached. DO NOT WEAR! Items can be returned either by personal pick up from a member of our team if you live locally to our office or postal return at the customers expense. The customer when returning goods via post must request and retain the proof of postage (Tracking number) to ensure items arrive safely. If items fail to return, we cannot provide you with any exchange nor refund. We do not compensate for any special shipping services the customer chooses to pay for. We will only compensate you for regular shipping.
Want to cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason and your order has not yet left our facility, we can provide you with a full refund. Unfortunately, if the goods have already been sent out and on their way to you we cannot offer you any returns or refunds on change of mind.
Our items do not come with any warranty.
Please read our care instructions carefully. Honey reserves the right to refuse returns of items that possess damages due to negligence of care. Be advised that we are not liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of events beyond our control.
