By accessing or using any part of our website, including making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. By doing so, you confirm that you have read and understood everything outlined here. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, we kindly ask that you do not continue with your purchase or use of our site.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can correct it before your order is processed. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that corrections can be made. While we will do our best to assist, HoneyNiqab is not liable for incorrect details entered by the purchaser.
Fees apply for re-delivery if required.
Once tracking has been issued, we are no longer held accountable for any losses, damages, or delays. Responsibility then lies with the courier.
HoneyNiqab primarily uses Sendle for shipping. On some occasions, we may use other third-party couriers depending on order size, location, or availability. For international orders, parcels will be handed over to the destination country’s local courier.
To confirm which courier is handling your delivery, please check the fulfillment email sent by us. If you cannot find your tracking details, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@honeyniqab.com.
Shipping Fees
Delivery costs vary depending on your shipping location, parcel weight, and the delivery type selected.
Local & National (Australia): $8 – $30
International: $16 – $60
Please note: Express international shipping is not currently available.
Redelivery fees may apply if needed.
Dispatch & Transit Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the courier, your location, and the time of year:
Australia-wide: Usually within a few days, but in rare cases may take up to 2 weeks.
International: Typically 1–6 weeks depending on destination and season.
During holidays and peak seasons (e.g., November–January), delays may occur due to courier backlogs.
Please note: Any delays that occur after your parcel has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided are the responsibility of the courier, not HoneyNiqab. If you encounter issues, please first contact the courier company provided in your tracking email. If they direct you to us, only then are we able to assist.
Taxes, Duties, & Customs Fees
HoneyNiqab is not responsible for any additional charges applied by third parties after dispatch (including taxes, tariffs, and customs fees). These remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you refuse to pay such fees, your order may be returned to us. In this case, only the cost of the products will be refunded—shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged, please follow these steps:
a) Lost Parcels:
Contact the courier company listed in your tracking email. Only contact us if the courier directs you to do so.
b) Damaged Parcels:
For manufacturing faults: Contact us directly. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
For transit damages: Responsibility lies with the courier company. You may need to lodge a claim with them before we can assist. Failure to follow this process may result in refusal of refund, exchange, or replacement.
HoneyNiqab is not responsible for damages or losses that occur during transit.
Pick-Up
We currently offer pick-up in Greenacre, NSW.
Orders must be placed and paid for via bank transfer before collection. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide you with the pick-up address.
This address is a private location and must be treated as an Amanah (entrustment). Please do not share it.
Cash payment may be arranged upon request.
⚠️ Please do not complete checkout via the website for pick-up orders, as shipping fees will be applied automatically. Additional fees may apply if this happens.
