Before completing your purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly applied. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately for correction before your order is processed and sent out. Once item(s) are sent we can not guarantee that a fixation can be placed. We may try our best to assist where possible, but cannot make any promises. Honey is not held liable for incorrect details committed on the purchaser's end.Fees apply for redelivery if need be.
Once tracking is received we are no longer held accountable for any losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, or others. All faults are to be counted for by the courier company.
Honey may use multiple third-party courier companies to ship out your item(s). We predominately use Australia Post. Occasionally private courier companies may be used depending on order location, size, and availability. International orders will naturally be handed over from Auspost to selected countries' courier companies of choice. To find out which courier is being used for your shipment, please check emails sent by us upon order fulfillment and follow any necessary guides and links sent regarding your tracking information. SHIPPING FEES
Delivery fees may vary depending on the shipping location, weight of the package, and type of shipment selected (standard, express, etc.)
Local & National: Fees vary from $8 to $30
International: Fees vary from $16 to $60.
Please be advised we currently do not offer express shipping for international orders via our website. If you are an international customer and would like express delivery, please email us or contact us via social platforms.

DISPATCH & TRANSIT TIMING
Orders are typically dispatched from our facility within less than 48 hours of the order being made (excluding weekends). Once your order is processed and has been sent off, depending on the third-party company and time of year, delivery timing may vary. National orders may arrive as little as the next day or could take up to 3-4 weeks on an absolute rare occasion. International orders typically take 1-6 weeks depending on the country selected and the time of year.
On the rare circumstance your order has not been dispatched within 48 hours of a weekday, we ask that you be patient with us fisabillah as naturally private occurrences may happen within our small team. If you are genuinely concerned regarding the whereabouts and transit timing of your parcel, feel free to contact us at any given time, and in shaa Allah we will get back to you promptly.
National, seasonal, and declared holidays may affect the duration of your package arrival due to the closure of third-party businesses on no-operational days. Delays are most common within the end-of-year period (November through to January due to the holiday time frame).
Please note that any delays AFTER your order has been dispatched and you have received tracking information are no longer held liable by us but by the third party selected. If you have any concerns or inquiries you MUST contact the courier provided in your emails. If that third party suggests you contact us, only then are we physically able to assist.
TAXES, DUTIES, CUSTOMS & OTHER FEES
Honey is in no way liable for any fees from third-parties or affiliates that occur after your order is dispatched as they are not issued by us. If under any circumstances the purchaser is charged for fees including taxes, customs, tariffs, and/or more, they are held 100% accountable for these fees. For whatever reason you may refuse payment of these fees, your parcel may be returned to us and a refund of only the purchased products will be applicable. We have the legal right to refuse any refund or reimbursement of shipping expenses.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If the unfortunate circumstance arises of a lost or damaged item(s), we kindly ask that you follow and ensure all steps below have been made:
a) If your item(s) are lost in transit please contact the courier company provided in your email. Do not contact us unless the courier has advised you to do so. Only then are we able to assist.
b) If your item(s) are damaged, first assess the type of damage and then contact us so we may be able to assist you to the best of our ability.
Manufacturing damages are liable to Honey and we will assist you solely. Transit damages are liable to the courier company. A claim may need to be made by the purchaser to the courier company before we are able to assist you, so we ask that you are willing and prepared to take these measures in order to receive a replacement or refund. Failure to do so may result in a rightful refusal of refund, exchange, or replacement.
Honey is in no way responsible for lost or damaged items that have occurred within transit.
PICK-UP
We currently offer pick-up in Greenacre, NSW.
Unfortunately, this option does not facilitate showroom amenities. Orders are to be placed and payment is to be made via bank transfer prior to arrival. Once payment is made and proof of payment is given, our address will be sent.
Please note that the exact location given is an Amanah (entrustment). This address is not a warehouse or store, it is our private location and not to be shared.
Cash payment is optionally available.
